Queries Sent to Search Providers
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the independent provider operating that tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.

Email or contact submissions are retained as needed to answer the message. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Technical Information Collected
Ordinary server and analytics records can collect technical details when a page loads, including:

- the referring website, when supplied; and
